If opponent lags so hard, that won't give you reach. This guy is hacking blatantly in his other videos as well.

If hes hacking you wouldnt be able to combo him + ur fov is too high so it makes it look like hes hacking NO one uses quake pro

 

If you're using kill aura with 4.0 range and max cps, then you would not be able to combo him, but there are also other types of hacks(ghost clients) which is very hard to detect. Ghost clients include aim assist, triggerbot and reach which this guy can be using. Also, you can't reach someone from big distance in your screen even if you have high fov.

 

You dont get my point lol He might be hitting you from 3 blocks but Your fov makes it look like his reach is higher ....
Obv no one in theyre right mind would accuse anyone with 120 fov

And you don't get my point. Even with high fov, you can't reach people from big distance. His fov does not make him look like he has reach. It's same for each field of view. Also, you can see the hacks in his video because it's very blatant.
