Hey,
Its down, due to Eula terms, If you don't know what Eula means, It's something related to Mojang ( company which made minecraft ) that tries to prevent p2w ( pay real money to get something affect game play )
so if guildcraft don't do what eula Rules say, the server will be blacklisted, so as @Rabascm mentioned before,
they removed it for a while, and stay tuned It will be back soon,
