I have been wondering why using scout kit [Anni] there is a 2-3 second delay for the grapple to come out and sometimes you don't get the 1/2 fall damage and take normal fall damage is it bugged or chance?

It must be your internet cause everyone else who uses scout has no delay and reduced fall dmgh

 

My internet works fine dude

 

Your internet works fine but you probably have 200ms-300ms delay to the server
