    Not shooting the messenger...
    To be the messenger you need to have a message, "no not allowed" isn't a message.

    Tell me where does it say a VPN isn't allowed and for which reason?

    Hey there,
    Using VPN is not allowed.
    Why?
    Because I said so.
    ^not funny I know ;-;
    But the reason is that VPN can be used to ban evade, make alts to abuse etc.
    Thus, not allowed.
