So I knew that voting requires you to be active on a specific Game Mode which meant that there will be nothing if you disconnect while voting, and the rewards cannot be obtained in every Game Mode once you vote.
And I went to a big solution:
Making the Vote Rewards available Globally once you vote, even when you don't run Minecraft in the background (seen this feature in other Minecraft servers).
And this will be a big solution to the flawed Vote System.​

 

Voting used to work that way. It was changed because too many people hoarded rewards on servers they didn't play and wrecked the economies.
