This comes up when you do not have the rank available for the upgrade or if you mistype your IGN. Make sure the server you’re purchasing for is correct too as this can also occur. Please reply if these work or if not, I’ll keep helping you out. ~ xeph xo
I defintly have the rank and have typed it in propally , its probably when i started a dispute on paypal for the rank it probably got taken away but i closed it straight away
Hello @uVex, This is strange - have you tried purchasing the rank before you started the dispute because this could be the issue. Server thinks you have the rank already when you don't - has any payment gone through? ~ xeph xo
Hello @uVex, Double-check in-game that your rank is DemiGod and not God - because if you don't you will need to make a support ticket here. Press Submit New Ticket Department; Store Related Issues If you are able to, you must go onto PayPal and try to gain some sort of Invoice / Transaction ID to prove you have bought the rank and due to the dispute there has been a bit of miscommunication. Write all the relevant information and try to explain the situation as much as possible. Only aXed himself can deal with Store Related Issues, so you must await for him to respond - writing all the proper information will help out him and yourself at a quicker pace. TIP: Do not bump up your support ticket - they are dealt with OLDEST FIRST so bumping up the ticket will equal it as 'new' and you'll be waiting a longer duration for a response.
