»Trial-Mod [Global Suggestion]

Hey guys ComedyshortsGamer here, and im back with a new suggestion.
Now keep in mind alot of you may disagree, but i think this could be a good idea

So over the past year of being staff i had alot of fun and some great experiences
But while being staff i noticed, some people that i personally didnt agree with having staff.
So im here to suggest the trial-mod

Now the TrialMod is a bit different from Mod since its limited on commands,
Trial only has Tempmute and Mute, no kicking, no staffchat access, since there was a bit of shit that went with that, also no access to Mod Forums, yet.

This gives HeadAdmins time to think about having a specific player as thier staff member.

Heres how it goes.
Mod is removed from the apps and Trial is put in
All the same requierments.

-When you apply and get accepted and you get the [Trial-Mod] tag, now the trial starts.
HeadAdmins give the certail trialmod 1 week to test them for thier:

1.Loyalty (Do they honor thier rank, meaning will they do thier job)
2.Play Time (Will they be active enough to earn further ranks)
3. Ts/Discord activity (Obv. explenation)
4.Forum Activity.

Also TrialMods are checked by thier history and forum history
We dont need another Ban Evading HeadAdmin.

Now you may think these are the same things for mod, well yes they are
But you still have to prove your selfs.
Once you are ready the HeadA will give you the normal Mod tag and you can continue to help the server

I belive this is a good idea, because from my staff experience there are those that have either Abused, Favorised, and much more. Also this might be a problem since alot of people have the mod tag, but this would only be for new players This is why i think this could be a good idea.

Its good idea..since I am aplying for Mod couple of times...btw I will say that this is great idead because H-A can test their Trial-Mods and see if they are good at their work..If they are H-A can promote them to Mod..If they are not H-A can demote them.....Btw I will like that because they can test me and if I am good they can promote me to Mod..Btw Its GOOD idea...I agree

I disagree, only thing I would want to see is a new ranking order: helper - mod - etc

Why do I disagree, mods as they currently are, are already limited to what they can do. Adding a new rank will only give us more work to do. It will require even another layer of promotion which needs to be short term related. So a big no for me!

 

Ofc Asy will disagree since he will need to do a lot more work, maybe if Mods can start behaving better, no need for a new rank.
A good idea, but not favorable under the current circumstances

 

Or just not promote people who joined a hour ago or got banned a week ago.

 

Quite stupid you can just demote mods if they abuse like why giving more work

 

It's kind of obvious that Head-Admins are gonna disagree since they gotta work more, but I

I have a add-on suggestion for you TeamTLV23.

-Implementing test mod and all the extra work that comes with it, is optional and up to each head admin of a server.

-By implementing it they accept the extra work that comes with it,

 

Kinda bit off topic, but I also suggest of adding command that can check what mod muted / warned people how many times

Not trying to be a suck up to Asy, but this is why I agree with him:
Killermatic has recommended the new staff order, considering people are confused with how it works.
Adding trial mod will make absolutely no difference because, the person can just act like he is trustworthy, get good ingame time, until he is promoted to mod.
Of course this is all opinionated and not my decision to take.

Lol. Do you think they accept people who joined 1 hour ago or people who have bad history? Ofc NOT. Take a look at the requirements of applying. GC headadmins work hard to keep their server peaceful and a good place to play. They do noy just accept ppl. It is pretty hard to impress a head.admin and you need a strong motivation to do that. ~Thanks

 

Think twice before replying,he was a resigned administrator,knows what's going on here,unlike you tbh. (I don't either know that much since I only joined last year).

 

You joined last year but I joined 4 years ago. I know what I am saying. He said don't accept people who joined 1 hour ago and people who got banned 1 week ago. Our head.admins are mature and I don't think they pick people who forfill all requirements. However, maybe I am wrong. I just expressed my opinion .
