    Ive seen multiple people abusing the instant teleport from /cell home. They can just jump into pvpmine and steal items then in less than a second go to their cell thus causing players to lose items.

    Thanks for your suggestion, indeed a cooldown for /cell home is needed
    I'll talk with aXed about this suggestion
