I believe this is allowed considering prplz made it to fix a bug in 1.7.10 and to help hit registry, some people say this mod is completely useless since it was fixed in in 1.8.1 and higher versions according to prplz.

This mod is allowed considering everyone uses it and no one was banned for it but the mod is completely useless and does like nothing to your game unless you're on 1.7.10.
