    This report was in the lobby
    and I put a server because I can't post my report without choosing a server.. :p

    Hello,

    Flying is allowed in the lobby.

    You can do this by selecting player options -> Flight.

    I hope this clears things up, if you continue to see anything which you feel is reportable please do so.
