So many damn long replies. Anyways imo its ok for staff to slack in disc servers to allow them to be still humans with emotions and not always emotionless staff. But ingame, staff should be formal but not too much emotionless, give some thought to punishments you administer and not just blindly follow the rules. Anyways this is just my opinion. *Flies away
