    First of all I hope this is taken as constructive criticism. Over the last few weeks I have been keeping an eye on how certain pieces of information are passed along to the higher up staff and back down to the users.

    For instance, when the proxy went down last week there was a lot of users asking for updates on what happened and the time frame to regain connectivity. Now, I do understand that all manpower must have been diverted to rectifying the situation but at the end of the day the users should be the most important asset to maintain. Be it a short tweet or discord broadcast stating the issue, the effort would go a long way.
