From my knowledge I don't think there will be one soon, but I may be wrong because I am not an active Skyblock player.
Resets tend to get announced on forums like the previous Skyblock reset announcement was. Here is a link to the previous one: https://www.guildcraft.org/threads/skyblock-reset.68036/
Resets can happen, if there's a game breaking bug or if there's hardware broken (e.g Server hard drive).
