»Skin Problem!

    I want to change my skin,so I enter /skin set misc3 then you said enter confirm in chat to continue but you do not allow chat in lobby because you say you cannot chat in this region!please help me fast because Alex skin is annoying and people says you are noob.plus that you cannot to that in games this command is only available in the lobby.
