Rainmeter which thousands of skins. Unfortunately, rainmeter is harder to use now then it was when that video was made. The original site is down and many of the skin downloads are down and there aren't that many good tutorials on it.

 

Can you upload the picture with another uploading service too, somehow I can't see it :/
