    well he can fly around if he isn't in combat but i am sure he can't fly so close to PVP :/ and if he Hit you and then Fly to escape then he deserves a punishment.

    How is that fly abuse he didnt pvp or anything just pretend hes not there

    No action will be taken, he could of been flying away from pvp, and you took a screenshot of him doing so.

    Another reason why he isn't getting punished, because video proof is needed.
