    how to get these special ranks in prison server as highlighted in the image below? (Mob Boss, Hitman, Gangster, etc.) ?

    those ranks are legacy ranks which are extinct and will never come out. sorry to say that. GC might come out with some new ranks for prison which is fully complied with EULA. so stay tuned.
