Description/Explaining: i fought in ranked and found him sketchy so i decided to record. Then he imo toggled off but i as you can see in the video he toggled on again at 0:46 , he also got sketchy hits at 1:45 .

Not enough to ban. Yes the video had a good length, but I didn't see enough sketchy moves, there were like 1 or 2 but it may be due to lag. 2920131 is known for not having the greatest connection so that may have affected it someway. In this case I won't be banning, but feel free to record next time and try again
