Description/Explaining: Pause at 0:10. He aims to the left of me, I'm to the right of him. He manages to hit me? He was also using noslowdown earlier, but no video evidence of that sadly

 

You used a mod that's not in the approved client mods and that will lead you to a ban.
I suggest you to go read the server rules again before you play the it. And about JStormCatcher, he looks legit to me but I will tag some Admins to look at the video @NinetyNine @BROaced.
