Description/Explaining: He msged me on kitpvp to help him warm up and I accepted it. I asked him if he minds queuing ranked and he did. After the first clear hits he got on me I comboed him a little so he asked me to wait. He increased his settings and it took him over 30 seconds. Then he got more clear reach hits. After he killed me I told him I will get him banned and he said go ahead. My FOV is 69 and this is too clear to get denied.
