• Added an announcer plugin.

Misc

• Added /ignore.
• Fixed void bug.
• Fixed vanish, it now works.
• Hit detection improved.
• Fixed an issue where the victim could not attack others but could be attacked themselves.

Please report any issues with this update. Particularly, we want to know if:

• The void bug is still present. It should not be according to our tests.
• TAC has issues.
• CMI has issues, particularly regarding your permissions to do certain commands.
• Hit detection still has issues.
