»"No more resets are allowed for your island"

First, sorry if my english is not very good I'm French.
And, I know this problem has been already report, but, all the answers I found did not help me solve it.

So, I can not create my own island on skyblock.
Before, I was on a friend's island and I left it with "/is leave"

And now, when i do "/is" in the chat, a message appears and tells me "No more resets are allowed for your island."

I try to join someone else's island and leave but it does not change anything.

Someone can help me please ?

 

Hello, I have resetted your island resets and you should be able to do /is again. If it doesnt work just comment below and ill look at it again

 

The same thing has happened to me can you reset mine aswell?
