»No mobiamo(mobile payment)showing up for me in shop (payment wall)

i have been purchasing stuff from mobiamo(mobile payment) but now days mobiamo doesnt show up in my shop in Payment wall. So i cant buy kits, ranks . What does work for the mobile payments is only cosmetics.
Can someone tell why is this happening or is it like a conflict in my Time - Zone - Uae

 

Its maybe about the timezone I guess or contact a staff for a better choice
