Due to a bit of confusion regarding the way you've worded your post - I will write down both solutions for you.

Change Forum Name;
To change your forum name, you must message a Head-Admin+ regarding about the specific forum name you desire. My forum name previously was 'Xephanez' and I requested to change it to 'Xeph' (due to people calling me Xeph more so than Xephanez)

Change In-Game Name;
GuildCraft sadly doesn't support rank-transfers regarding changing of the usernames. This is a cracked server, although you won't keep your progress to your new IGN but your old IGN will however remain same progress, you will NOT lose anything on your old IGN.
If you do wish to change your IGN, you may have to ban your old IGN's account to avoid any sort of 'foul play' or abuse regarding kits, vote keys etc.

Please reply regarding which issue you require help with, and I will try and assist you to the best of my ability.
