Every time I join the Faction server the chat is filled with swearwords and spamming . Mods , and in general , staff should be more active on that , as it is the servers most popular thing .
Staff play according to their timezone. You can't force them to play at school hours or at midnight. Acquiring staff members from different timezones is also an option but not completely ideal.
