This issue has been brought up like a thousand times and dealt with, so I'm pretty sure it's allowed... If the pickaxe says something like this: "McMMO Ability Tool", it will most likely turn into efficiency V from X after breaking one block. This issue/bug/scam is still under consideration of the admins or yet to be fixed and I'm sorry to say, that there's nothing you can do about it right now. -Wiz
