»Important - Questions and False Mute?

I have a few questions and I am also very furious with my recent mute, as I have not broken rules. (If you are wondering why I wrote c4n3r, it's because the forum censors the actual word I'm trying to write.)

Q1. Why do you have to have 30 forum posts to apply for something? It really seems like you don't want anyone to get unbanned or unmuted. Such as me.
Q2. Why did I get muted for rules that I did not break? It also seems a bit rubbish that the server ADMIN would mute me for one thing I did do and another thing that didn't affect anyone else because I was talking about myself.
Q3. Is the word "c4nc3r" swearing? Because to these (I'm going to assume they are young because of my mute.) "admins" do find "c4nc3r" and simply trying to explain to someone what pvp means also counts as swearing. (This is getting ridiculously annoying .)

Now I'm going to appeal here because I'm not going to waste my time on the 30 useless forum posts. In my opinion, it's outrageous.
I don't actually know the format of the mutes because of the forums so I am going to guess what I have to put in.

Mute Reason: "Sweariung" with c4nc3r (Yes, that's the actual ban reason either than the c4nc3r because it will censor that. I'm so confused and annoyed with the server admins right now.)

Why you should unmute me: If you consider "c4nc3r" as swearing, I don't know why but that's fine. For me, it's slightly stupid. I only said "This is c4nc3r" in chat because I lost to someone who was cheating at the time (I WAS TALKING ABOUT MYSELF, STAFF. NOT ANYONE ELSE). By the way, I was saying "0mfg" which stands for - "Oh my fudging gosh" (In this situation, I wasn't trying to swear. Trust me. I know the consequences) because of the cheater who I lost to. I also had iOnlyDerp who was trying to ask me what pvp meant, so I was trying to talk to two people at the same time. Now, I'm going to say it again, that I was calling myself c4nc3r. By saying "this" I wasn't specifying who or what I was talking about so I apologize for that mistake. So after that, I typed out "If you play minecraft you should surely know what it means" which was when the admin joined. I tried to continue my explanation to iOnlyDerp but I see the mute reason and the time. I was so disappointed in the staff, as I had them as my idols, my roll models. But to see the reason and the amount of time, really got me triggered. If you could unmute me, I'd "change my ways" by not calling myself c4nc3r (In case that offends someone else for some reason?) and I'll also try to avoid explaining what pvp is for the people who don't know. (Also, in case that offends the staff or other people too?) Thank you and have a nice day.

3 day mute just for mentioning a word is a bit to HARSH since you didn't really direct it at someone such as telling someone to get it...

C4nc3r is not a bad word itself, after all it's just a disease. However, it is a horrible disease that doesn't have a cure. So if you just said the expression "This is c4nc3r" in chat, completely out of context, I don't think you deserved such a harsh punishment, just like Therez said. But if you said to someone that they are c4nc3r, or you told them to get c4nc3r, then that's bad. There are a lot of people out there who are sensible and they get easily triggered or even people who suffer or have parents or grandparents suffering from c4nc3r. In that case, you deserved the mute. I agree with you on this one, but don't use the word in the future.

And I just realized that when I wrote the word as it is, after I clicked "reply", the words got censored, so that's why I wrote it with numbers. So if it even gets censored on forum, you need to tone it down, man.
