I have no idea what the password is ofcourse, what do I do?

 

That means someone logged in with your account in a cracked launcher but they cant join premium server
And if your saying you still need to login not like other premium servers its to keep your account safe

 

This means the server is like sort of offline style(not connected to mojan accounts database)and uses a plugin "AuthMe" to have passwords,on offline servers anybody can join no matter if they bought or not the minecraft,so to keep players "safe" every player who first joins needs to register with an password,if someone registered with your name they claimed the name for themselfs,but you can always download a cracked launcher choose another name and play
