I agree and I disagreee with some of your points. The English rule should stay, maybe lower its duration, but it should stay. Why? Because most people on our server speak English and it isn't a hard language to learn. Also there is a huge difference between everywhere in the chat or only in the public chat. And the English rule valids only for the public chat. I'm sure not everyone muted for mistake typing, it must've been a new mod, who's still learning, like all of us did before. Google Translator could be used but it takes some time until you write this sentence and imagine 50 messages after that are sent during the typing + another sentences in a different language can also appear during that. About Advertising. Advertisers should be banned forever since they can grab many of our players. I wouldn't give them a second or even a third chance. About hackers. We give hackers 3 or 4 chances before they get a perm ban because some people were possibly mistakenly banned or they stopped hacking. This server isn't money greedy, as you can see, there are many sales during the year. Would you rather be afk or go offline? Staff are allowed to be afk, but of course not 3 hours or something like that, but I rarely see people doing that, so 15 minutes is still normal. I agree that admins don't react so quickly to helpops, that's clearly a point which should be changed. The actual question is nothing is going to happen , sadly.

 

1) While I don't necessarily agree with the English-only rule, I understand why its there. Its there for a reason. So staff members can help and understand these players. If we allowed everyone to speak the languages they wanted to, we would need staff who could speak multiple languages (and our "under-staffed" staff would drop even more). EDIT: About 25% of the world speaks English, so its obvious why English is the only language allowed versus, say Dutch. EDIT 2: I myself only speak English, so if someone threatened you or the server with a DDOS in another language, I would even know it.
2) We punish for accusing someone of hacks because if they are actually hacking and you call them out, these players can easily toggle off. Then we can't catch the hackers you are complaining so badly about.
3) Another Minecraft server is no place for handing another IP address to friends. I'm positive you would get perm-banned on literally any other server for IP advertisement. P.S. Hacking is not worse than IP advertisement. IP advertisers come on to do ONLY 1 thing, and that is to get people on their Minecraft servers. At least hackers have a chance to learn, I've seen many IP advertisers make alts to bypass bans, etc. to promote their server. IMO, hacking isn't that big of a deal compared to IP advertising.
4) With /helpop, you won't get a response. Thats not what its intended for. Its intended to give admins a heads-up about hackers so they can watch them / check them for hacks. Just because you reported a hacker via /helpop and the admin is standing right in front of you doesn't mean the admin is not checking the hacker. Furthermore, the admin could be afk, or out of their house for the time being. They could be picking up groceries. AFK admins are not bad, they act as a deterrent against hackers (and those admins could come back at literally any second). Most hackers will hack if they want to, whether an admin is there or not. Some will realize there is an admin on and stop hacking.
5) Like you said, most staff have a life. They don't have time to read through ALL the forum suggestions, unban / unmute reports, etc. If you need to contact staff about questions relating to the game, there is Discord or you can message our staff in-game.

Here's the thing,it doesnt,it used to have like 2-3k average,
agree on every point though.
Also they don't care at all about staff members,instead,they let them do whatever the fck they want,for example hacking if you are staff is completely fine.
This makes it unfair for normal players a lot.
About the management I also have a point to share.
Just for an example,servers without heads are managed by @xph11 and no,I am not saying he does a bad job,because he puts a lot of effort in them,but I am saying that it's a bit too much and lots of current admins here deserve head & would do an amazing job as it,but sadly they don't recieve any attention.Imo you should give more attention to the admins that care about this server (dont think i have to list them),and you should offer them the head position on one server in order to lessen your wide variety of servers that you manage,because it can be dificult managing lots of servers at once.
This could maybe increase the number of players,as people have lots of different ideas and shit...and it could turn out good.
Hopefully I have been able to express myself good regarding the matter I have talked about.
But,if those admins will still keep being ignored,I am afraid I will have to open up a huge thread listing them and why they should get it.

The reason I am staying on this server because the game play is nice, the developers here make good game plays and the amount of players is just incredible comparing to other servers, I will admit, other servers are boring (Except for CentrixPvP) comparing to this one, the reason why I came here sometimes, instead of Centrix is because CentrixPvP doesn't have Practice Server and have stuffed up some of their games plays in each game mode but are getting better.

I told you guys, I only pointed out the negatives, if you like I can point out the positives too.

First of all, great game play and unique plugins/created own plugins.

... Lol I think that is the only good thing I like about this server, but that is the key point to get more players and to keep your business running, but other factors can bring down the server.

And to be honest, I thought I was going to get more hate from staff and the community since I haven't seen any threads like this. If some of you guys agree, why didn't you guys say anything :/ ??

This was a much better way of putting it.
Everything has its pros and cons. You can't just point out the flaws and expect people to be fine with it

 

1. The point of muting someone that threatens you for DDOS is to make sure the community feels safe instead of threatened, so if that player doesn't know what that player is saying, then he won't feel threatened, and if that player does know what it means, then obviously you can report on forums, and you don't need staff members that can speak multiple languages, there is google translate, there are players who might be able to translate for you, there are multiple ways to help someone who don't understand English, plus they won't even understand what a mute is if you mute them for their languages. Plus, that is not their reason, don't say things you don't know, I am an English person, and this one Moderator knew I could speak English, but when I accidentally missed typed the sentence, I got warned for speaking other languages?

2. Its actually the opposite effect when players are accusing players, I am Ex Staff Member of CentrixPvP, don't say what you don't know, its easy for us staff members to /spec [name] and check it out, most hackers don't even toggle when they are been accused.

3. That is true, some players hand over IP Address to get players account, but if its like a huge server like Hypixel then they aren't in danger, depends on the situation, Hacking is still a bigger issue than IP Advertisers, you rarely see any Advertisers, but hackers? I see them everyday in my life. I haven't seen an advertiser in 4 months? What you say is just opinions and what you think is facts, but I actually have seen things happen when I was staff, Hacking is the biggest issue in MineCraft history and any other game history and you can't take that fact away and saying "hacking isn't that big of a deal compared to IP advertising." Again, don't say what you don't know, we ain't here to read some silly statistics you have made up.

4. A admin AFK? Are you implying that these "Admins don't take their jobs seriously"? As a staff, you shouldn't be AFK on a server, it just ruins their reputation, stop saying silly statistics that aren't true, they shouldn't be AFK, whats the point of having a staff member who just AFK, how are players going to asked for Help wasting their time, whats the point of /helpop if you say they are just AFK? Plus what I mean by "respond" is checking, they should be checking, but they don't, because if they were actually checking, that hacker should have been banned, the hacker had ANTIKB, KILLAURA, NOSLOWDOWN and BHOP for 4 mins straight. And you say Hackers will stop when they see Admin? In your 2nd point, you said accusing will make Hackers toggle? So what the **** is the point of muting accusers so that Hackers won't toggle when there is an Admin/Moderator on which will make hackers toggle? Dude be careful what you are saying because it triggers me when someone talks bullshit.

5. Like I said, if you have a life, and you don't spend enough time on this server and you know it, why are you staff? Its better if you are gone so that others can fill in for staff unless you guys don't have a limit for the amount of staff members. If there is a limit for the amount of staff members on this server, then if they truly cared about the community, they would have left so that more qualified candidates can become staff and help out the community.

Thats not a solution to everything, thats just an immature reply to somebody stating facts that are true.

Being on this server for over 3 years now, not as long as you and many others, but also 90% of the people who started playing before me have quit, due to the sole reason of hacking, staff not being active, not listening to community, dumb rules.
You tell us to make suggestions and then when we do you ignore them, we come upto making rants, you are like find a better server, amazing how you guys can behave and expect us to act all fair and stop criticizing, again its not personally for you but for the higher staff, ik for a fact you do an amazing job, and many more like you do amazing stuff, so don't take this personally.

 

If you think the server is racist imagine a english guy going in a japanese server and see what happens,no the server isn't racist the rule of only english is so people can understand each other(not like you get mad then you start swearing in your language and shit).And i personally dont like the chat full with 4+ languages and trying to figure out what they say

Yes the ban for hacking is only 10 days meaning theres quiet a decent ban time and also a second chance for the player to go on the right path(if he is still a hacker i dont think they will join again or they will most likely get banned again.
The advertisers still deserve ip ban,like any other servers this is the worst rule to break,and the reason the server have so many players i say because its performance and gamemodes overall,i live in romania and this servers runs better than in my country

No the server doesn't care at all about the money(when you will see an admin asking you money to play the server then correct me)it's people choice to spend "theyr" money for an virtual item/rank,also the friend giving ip intentionally or neintentionally will be banned if you want to give an ip you have private communication(skype/discord...)

I don't agree at all the server is well maintained,the staff isnt hired they are well trained and teached how to deal with many problems,i guess you barelly played 1 hour in those 2 years,assuming you have seen only 2 while i see everyday more than 5 admins and ~10-15 bans.

Well only you can say that most of the players have a good time playing,and still im a premium user and i still play on this server(guess why?cause its a good server)well if you were an staff member you shouldnt leave your dear"community".
