»Got Kit Cannon from Mystical Crate but did not receive it

I had bought a mystical crate key ( 11th October 2017 4:26) and when I opened I received a kit cannon in which I previously owned already. I don't know if you're suppose to receive a redeem block or something but I did not receive anything from it.

Did you try the Command "/crateredeem".
If it Still doesn't work , tag me ill try to help .

First check that you have the kit using:

 /cr list

If it lists a kit that you can redeem carry on to either giving to another player or redeeming for yourself.
If you don't get a kit name listed then you don't have it.

Two methods for redeeming or giving away:

/cr redeem <kitname>

or

Code:

/cr give <otherplayersname> <kitname>

That should help you
