When reporting for hacks, please specify what hacks you are talking about in the "Name of offense" (whether it's one hack or multiple, state them).

In the video, there is clear lag. The player x420 freezes slightly after his sudden lunge forward (the one you claim is the result of speed hacks); then in 00:09, you completely freeze along with the two other players. x420 could have been lagging, and you could have lagged too.

The single spin at 00:32 is not conclusive of any PVP hacks. You were also backing up for a large majority of the video, so reach cannot be a valid accusation.

There are simply too many flaws in the video and not enough actual evidence to punish the offender. Therefore, the report is denied and the thread is locked.
