I find this very disturbing because he is kinda threatening me.

Also want to add on that this 'blackmailing' (Not even blackmailing lol) happend 2weeks ago and they post this now because they are jealous of my mod.

I am a dutch mod which was necessary for this report so I decided to answer your report.
I have read your post and seen the proof and I do not think any punishment should be issued for this, he's not threatning you to anything serious or something that breaks our rules. I have talked about it with another Dutch mod and we came to the conclusion that we definitely shouldn't punish this.
