Hello,

The staff member resigned already, so it's impossible that he would have banned you in the first place.
Also, the server he supposedly banned you on was KitPvP or Creative? Doesn't make any sense.
The "Name of Offence" is what he did and not the staff members name. Same goes to the "Name of offender".
Please read the questions before answering instead of randomly filling each text box with random stuff.
