Description/Explaining: So I just got banned for server advertising and it just simply sends me to this page without any explaination. Trying to find the ban list, I went into the Ban Manager. To my shock, the ban manager DOESN'T EVEN WORK and it gives me a fucking white page of nothing. Without any satisfaction, I went creating an account so I can see and make posts about this problem. However, your server's stupidity was unlimited! your trash server says you sent confirmation email to my email and i got NOTHING in my email, What's the best part of this? it's been fucking 1 month and there is no single email even if I keep resending the confirmation! I hope you fix this shit and please fucking list the ban list and the proof when you ban someone. Even if you are moderator and caught someone red-handed it doesn't mean you don't need to get the proof. The more worse part of this game is, I reported someone saying "****" in the chat as swearing and "racism" for calling me a fat american, HOW CAN HE FUCKING NOT GET MUTED? are you all staff stupid smiley trashbags? and the way you make this forum is SO SHIT, ESPECIALLY THE BAN MANAGER. for the rules part, YOU FUCKING MAKE A TABLE AND NOT JUST SIMPLY THROW US EVERYTHING WE NEED TO KNOW. just fucking put the bannable reason with the days of punishment. Fix your trash plugins, trash staff members and the most importantly, this trash server.

First of all, this is for player reports not for posting a list of problems you have and yes, our Ban Manager is broken, and we are sorry for that, NOW if you wanted to get unbanned, you need to make an unban request (https://www.guildcraft.org/forums/unban-requests.42/create-thread). If we caught you red-handed, us staff ALWAYS get the evidence for it, SO if you (the player) think the mute/ban is wrong, you can make an unban request, in which WE give the the reason for the ban/mute and decide if were gonna unban/unmute you. Second, someone calling you fat is not mutable or racist. Also, why do you need to check the Ban Manager when you have the reason for the ban and the person who banned you, so you can just go on the forums and make an unban request. Third, the rules are pretty well eplained, have you even read the rules? You don't need to know the days of punishment, once you get banned or muted, you will see when it expires. Sometimes it's not the server that's trash, it's some of the players too, that don't know how to act online.
