»Chestshops not working in SURVIVAL

Today Vegetahon, Marine and myself made chestshop but NONE of them work.
Spawn plot rules say must have chestshops but we can not make them work so what now?

ALSO skins are not working now.
Reset was great, world is awesome, loot houses, sunken ships, hidden treasure all fantastic.

PLEASE fix chestshops asap before we lose plots.
