I learned today that in order to get upgraded to hero I have to upgrade from donator to VIP first( am currently VIP) this is due to someone charging back from buying me an upgrade a while back. I gave him some ingame stuff and in return I got the rank. Didn't know if I should make a support ticket or not but could I possibly go to hero without buying VIP again?
This is something I cannot solve, but knowing how axed USUALLY solves these, you would need to make a support ticket, and axed will do behind the scenes work to let u buy vip to hero without buying vip again.
