    Hello @Melon333 or @aXed ,

    I'm finally back at school and have convinced my roommate to play again. His IGN is BundleOfSticks. The problem is that he's forgotten his password. He's hero rank, so he kinda wants his rank perks.

    Is there anyway to verify his password/provide him with another one?
