You realize how busy admins are?

 

Well, there may be multiple reasons why. Firstly and most obviously, they simply might have just missed it - there are usually a few posts every few minutes. But on top of that, many simply can't answer, or don't know how to. Just keep bumping your post by commenting "bump" inside your thread until they answer

 

It would be a lot more helpful if you either bunp it or tag an admin.
