Hello, My friend is trying to join GuildCraft (actually factions) but when he joins, it says that he has already registered but he has never joined this server... Is there a way to reset his account so he can register again?

it means there is a user that had the username also he need a new name to join the server Example Murda registered on 12/16/2015 and he used Murda username And Murda 2 join the server on 12/17/2015 and he may not able use murda because someone used it already So it means you need to hack that account <-- hard way make a new account <--- easy way
Support ticket is not needed bruh HE said the guy never been played GC Probably that username is playing on GC and will just got reset as scrub
LOL hack the account ? U know thats not allowed plus he mentioned his friend never played on gc. Now i wonder if his friend is premium or not, Since someone else could just be using his name.. And that might be why he cant register since HIS name is already in use. Like I said its best to call for an admin on ts.

Inddeed like the others has helped u already. With cracked everyone can have that name and maybe joined this server. If youre friend is cracked then he can choose another name. -D3athS0ulS
Common Sense Why would he even hack an account if he can't And he doesn't even know that the account is registered do you think he can hack it LOL
If this is your first time joining guildcraft and it shows "/login password to login" means the current username is being used, all you need to do is close minecraft and on it and enter a different username.
