At least 50 blocks must be mined before you have a chance. Didn't receive anything? Another 50. If you receive something it will be Haste II for 20, 40 or 60 seconds. You will not receive anything for 30 seconds after a drop. Important Notes: The higher your Legacy rank the higher the chance is it to receive 40 or 60 seconds effects. The higher the mine is the higher the chance that you find a lucky block.
