Lobby
- Added Annihilation NPC
- Removed "Beta" from all instances of Survival. Updated the features section within the server selector.
- Updated MOTD (what you see in the server list)

Survival
- Koths are now TEAM/PARTY based. This change was implemented so that we can implement additional tiered rewards without parties claiming multiple reward tiers.

- Last person of your party/team to score points will obtain the rewards.​

- Koth time will now display in the scoreboard (no cmd for the time)
- Koth will now begin at 12pm, 6pm, and midnight.
- Envoys will now begin at 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm, and midnight.
- Minions should no longer break tools.
- Entities now clear every 10 mins.
- Removed AFK kick.
- Fixed "THE END..." BP quest
- Added BP Tiers 1-14 for both premium and free passes.
