»?WHEN IS SURVIVAL COMING BACK?

I know we just reset Friday and most everything was working, we had a few bugs but I think nothing major.
Spawners turned to pigs, some commands did not work and we had lagg.
The lag I was expecting if xph did not preload chunks.

With that being said, Survival has now been down for almost 3 days with no mention or notice of WHEN we can expect it back.

I would hope that some Employee/Staff would update all of the players waiting for survival to come back online.

I know the server will be great when xph11 is done but not knowing is driving us crazy.

bugs are inevitable, we all get that. but imo youre right there should be info about if the bug-fixes are going well or the estimated amount of time that it'll take to fix them. at least a fkin discord post would be appreciated.

but then again, this is guildcraft, dont have high expectations. watch them reseting the server again in 2-3 days, lol

 

yeah this is garbage we just had our reset yeah it came with a few bugs i mean we expected that but to shut survival down and leave 70+ ppl in the dark as to why and no ETA no communication whatsoever and thats not good nor professional at all.what about the folks who have paid for a rank that they now cant use till its back up thats pretty shitty here spend $100 but you only can use it when i allow it lmao im starting to lose respect for this whole server the moment i come back after a 5 year break i get the reset cool thats actually awesome but then just a complete shutdown? where i had found my escape to get through everyday struggles just to have it ripped out from up under me? this lack of communication is terrible and GC WILL lose some of its community due to this it sucks one owner cant get his shit together and takes all the fun content away and new one just leaves us in the dark.

 

um, from what I've gathered xph has been fixing lag and it should be back up very soon. Don't worry it's not gone, it will be back.

 

day 3...... losing all hope in humanity, food supply is running low, its so deserted but i can hear the screams and cries of waiting looters begging for their next meal. ammo is ok but wont last too long......

Like I said when I took survival down, it'll be until further notice, aka an unknown amount of time.

There was a discord post about it by Aevox just yesterday, so you cannot say we kept you in the dark about this.

I understand it's frustrating to wait for so long, but I am really doing my best to finish the bugfixing as quickly as possible. I don't like survival being down any more than you do. It was a bug we couldn't have seen before the release, and before you say we didn't test, we did test, more than once, and with multiple people + few stress tests as well.

ETA? I cannot promise anything, but it *might* be back tomorrow.

I'm really sorry for all this, and I promise I will compensate you in some way once it's back

I also want to clear up the fact that xph actually did preload the chunks. Whether that went right or not I dont know, but at least he tried.
