if i vote in prison i get no keys but i want get prizes form crates
the vote site says vote counted and i get nothing

it would be the best if you can help me

The vote system is broken at the moment. The owner has to solve it, but he has not till now.
So that is why you did not get the vote keys and rewards.

Yes, the vote system doesn't work so they have to solve this problem. As I know they are busy with other things of server and they can't fix that on these days!

Already been more than a month, I think they have to put more priority to this problem, on survival it is impossible for new players to get claimblocks atm without voting. Because of that people will quit I think.

So fix it
