    A lot of people have experienced your issue, including me. I recommend that you try /redeemkits first ingame. If that doesn't work, you should make a support ticket, using this link https://www.guildcraft.org/support/. Make sure to provide proof of purchase, and explain your situation in detail (what kits/ranks are you missing). Then just be patient, and someone should get to you shortly.
