I think you should consider accepting more staff, it's not that annihilation lacks it, but whenever no admin is online, it kinda becomes a chaos. At least one more mod/admin would be balancive. There are a few people there which help other player despite they are not staff members.
I understand your point but staff aren't paid for their work, and recruiting staff members for all of the different timezones are hard. Therefore It's quite impossible to have staff members, and admins, online at all times. It has always been an issue. The report section is there for people to use when someone breaks the rules unnoticed.
I'll have to agree with Henry on this. Recruiting staff members is not as easy as it seems, especially recruiting the correct ones, who will not abuse their permissions. Again, as Henry said, it's very difficult to have staff available 24/7, because of timezones and the lack of quantity. It's definitely something that the new management is working on, and hopefully, it'll begin to improve soon. Until then, just try to help out whenever possible my creating reports.
