    Hey all,

    Welcome to the "Help Related Questions" section of the forum. This is the platform for players to have their queries answered and doubts clarified. However, before making a thread with your question(s), do look through the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below. Your questions may have been answered in an old thread.

    Staff Application Issues:

    1) How do I apply for staff?

    2) There has been no reply to my staff application!
    Staff applications can take up to 10 days to be approved or denied. In the case where no replies are received after 10 days, the applicant may contact their local head-admin to check for the status of the application. Note that head-admins may keep applications open for over 10 days so as to further monitor the applicants. Be patient.

    Log in/Registration Issues:

    1) How do I register in the server?
    When you first enter the server, you will be prompted to register your account. To register, simply type /register <chosen password> <chosen password>. Next time you connect, type /login <password> to log into the server and play.

    2) I am new on the server, but my account is already registered!
    If this is your first time in the server and you encounter this issue, it is likely that another player has registered with your username due to this being a cracked server. Change your username and try registering again.

    3) I forgot/lost my password!

    4) How can I change my password?
    Premium players can also use /premium in the lobby to bypass passwords!

    In the lobby, type /changepassword <old password> <new password>

    5) I upgraded my account to premium and/or changed my username, how can I transfer my stuffs over?
    Name changes and rank transfers are currently unsupported by the server. To obtain your items/ranks, please log in using your old username.

    6) I tried registering but it says I have exceeded the maximum number of registrations!
    Unregister your other accounts. Do so by typing /unregister <password>. You can also register through a different IP Address.

    7) I can't connect to the server!
    Restart your computer and router then try again. If this doesn't work, check the forum for possible updates being done on the server.

    *Note: Before restarting your computer/router, try connecting to all of our ips (play.guildcraft.nl, play.guildcraft.net)*

    8) I am told to log in with a change in caps of my username! (E.g. Told to log in with alex when username should be Alex)
    This problem occurs when a player logs once into their account without using the correct caps in their username. Because of this, log-in problems will arise, causing players to either be unable to log-in. In this case, change your name to the correct capitals or consider changing your username.

    Ban Issues


    1) I have been auto-banned/wrongfully punished but I didn't hack/break any rules.
    Make an unban request in this section:

    2) I have been permanently banned. How can I buy an unban?
    Unbans are no longer purchasable on our network. If you have a question regarding a ban, reach out on discord.

    3) I got muted without receiving a warning!
    Warnings are only given to players that are newer to our network. Older players are expected to know the rules by heart.

    Purchase Issues

    1) I made a purchase, but have yet to receive my items?
    Your purchase may take up to 24 hours to process. Should you not receive your perks after 24 hours, feel free to reach out on Discord.

    2) Where do I go to make purchase from the store/How do I buy ranks/kits?

    4) I have been scammed by another player!

    6) Is account sharing allowed?
    No. Strictly one account to one player. If your family/friends wish to play on the server, they will have to create their own account.

    7) Can I change my skin?
    For premium players, you can make skin changes here:

    After doing so, type /skin update in any server.

    *Note: Skin changes have a cooldown of one minute.*

    8) I am premium but my skin is randomized!
    Try using /skin update within a server, or try /skin set <username>

    9) How can I become a donator?
    To obtain the donator rank, you will have to donate to the server. The store can be found here:

    Forum/Discord

    1) How do I change my forum username/birth date?
    Contact a Head-Admin and ask for a change and provide the updated/correct information

    2) How do I change my signature?
    Mouse over your username found at the top right corner of the forum. A panel will appear with the option to click on "signature." It should then bring you to this page:

    4) How do I disable mailings from the web site?
    Mouse over your username found at the top right corner of the forum. A panel appears, with the option to click on "privacy".
