»Response to Neides post about Willo's claim

You admit you just kept expanding with total disregard to Willo.
You admit when you needed more room you messaged her with no response.
You admit you knew she was my family and we are friends.
(Yet you never ask me to speak to Willo or ask me about her claim and I am on almost everyday so you could have spoken to me in game or left me a mail)
You say land was empty for 2 months yet we have no MUST BUILD rule for wild plots.
(Willo wanted to keep it natural, It IS her choice as she found it 1st she also had 4 chest on it with kits and supplies making your statement A LIE)
I feel you felt because you were staff and you are friends as I am with most staff, you could just walk over someone else and do as you please>>>>>>>>>THIS IS RUDE!
This has been a real eye opener to the mindset of players.
The rule is 28 days OFF, No mention of a MINIMUM time needed to be on the server.
Willo was going through IRL issues that kept her off but she was N E V E R off for 28 days consecutively which is what aXed made the rule.
The only reason I told you about her losing the baby was because it is a IRL issue that led to her being off, She did not just stop playing she had medical issues.
My family has been with GC for about 9 years+
We have donated thousand of dollars helping GC stay open>
We have ranked up over 200 + players as well as bought gifts and other perks for players without charge to the player.
If this is the way aXed feels the server should run WHY would I think I have a right to change that?
Even with all the financial support I have given GC I have never felt in a position to change the rules or ignore them.
WHY do you feel you have this right.
You broke so many basic rules and have shown total disregard to Willo in game and now in real life.

I will leave STAFF & aXed to decide what to do.
Really rude that after Willo accepted your request to share the island (she was there 1st) you just walked over her.

Making an issue over following rules that one day might apply to you as well.

The LOST baby as you put it was the LEGITIMATE reason willo was off but still managed to login after 26 days to keep from losing her plot.
This upset Neides so she went against rules to remove a players claim even though the player logged in before 28 DAYS..
I never said anything about the baby for sympathy it was to show WHY she was off.
We are a FAMILY we do things together my 3 kids 3 grand kids and myself.
I think it is awesome they want Mom & Grandma to play.

My daughter got on to GC the 1st day of the reset, she searched all day for her favorite place MUSHROOM Island.
She found it claimed a spot and placed chest with building supplies.
A couple weeks later Neides wanted an area with squid so I tped them to the island where my daughter (WilloQueen) was and we saw squid spawn.
Neides asked if they could claim some and willo said sure.
She is 26 and was expecting her 1st child a little girl. At 7 months along the cord wrapped around the babies neck and the baby died.
My daughter was on bed rest and grieving so she was off for 26 days. she logged in so she did not lose her claim to the 28 day rule and neides wanted the land Willo claimed and was waiting for her to be off 28 days.
When Willo logged back in at the 26 day mark to keep her claim then logged off because she was depressed, Neides contacted staff who unclaimed the claim and gave the land to neides.

That is what this mess is all about.
Breaking rules and not following protocol.

If this is ALLOWED it sets a precedent.
No ones claims are safe if someone who is friends with staff or prior staff wants what a player has and can ignore the rules aXed put in place..

 

Locked, if you two want to still talk about this do it in discord between you two. Not on the forums where everyone sees it.
