I got banned for : Reason: Automatic chargeback fraud ban by GC-Autoban ~ From all gamemodes..

 

Hello @DemonLeap,
This means if you have bought something on our GuildCraft Store / someone bought something for you and decided to try and refund the purchase and regain their money.
It sadly does not work out this way, so all transactions bought through the payment method will issue a ban.

We do explicitly say that the 'transaction is final and there are no refunds' - so charging back and trying to issue a refund will just falter and you will be permanently banned without your money back.

If someone bought the items for your behalf, you can always make a support ticket here and explain your situation. Make sure to use these;

Press Submit New Ticket
Department; Chargeback issue

You must await for aXed to respond as he is the only person who deals with the GuildCraft Store.


If you could respond with your In-Game Name so I can double check and make sure this is applicable to you as if it isn't then you'd be wasting time and I could help you further.

If your Ign is DemonLeap, Then you are not currently banned. Trying restarting your router or turning off any existing vpns

 

I didn't even buy anything.
