    I purchased T rank $20 euros on Tuesday July 23 and didn't receive it. I created a support ticket, and up to this day (6 days) I haven't received a response. My support ticket can be solved in 5 minutes.
    And i know some of y'all will say i'm impatient blah blah blah, but how would you feel if you bought something from ebay, never received it and customer service wasn't picking up for a week.
    @aXed This is really bad and i can't see myself donating to the server anymore if the creator himself doesn't care.
    There is servers with thousands of ppl that have better service than this, do better at @aXed.

    Yuh yuh 6 days is too long, although its true that aXed hasn't solve your proplem yet but dont forget he could have something that kept him buzy too so maybe thats why he hasn't replied to your SPTicket. Anyways hope to see ur T tag on Anni.

    I get that he may be busy but he has to let us know, he should let us know whats going on. If hes going to be away let the community know.

    I’ll get banned and then it will take a year to get a response. But That is my only option if I don’t get a response soon.

    Well it has been 2 months since my own Support-Ticket lol

    Just be patient because that's the only thing you can do right now.

    No matter what we try to revive this shit server, not because it's good or bad, it's because the memories we have with it. axed will never change lmfao i gave up

    Oh no waiting a month?? MONTH??? nope nope, thats some bs. You can't expect me to be patient man, i spent $20 euros and havent heard a word from axed for 6 days.
