Hi,please delete the account Dr_mcmoodelstien or something like that because its taking up a ip slot and i need it for a alt. If you dont belive its me just check the ip with Sleezy_YT

Hello @Sleezy_YT,
You can manually un-register the account yourself if you remember the password. You can do this by;

1 - Log into GuildCraft with the in-game name you request to be deleted/removed.
2 - Type in /unregister in the main lobby.
3 - This will then tell you to type in /login <your password for that account>. (This is for security measurements due to the auto-login system)
4 - Then type in /unregister <password for your account>.
5 - It should then say "You are no longer registered"


If you don't remember the password however, you'd need to make a support ticket to reset the password here

Press Submit New Ticket
Department; Forgotten Server Password

You must await for myself or other Head-Administrators+ to help you reset your password, and then you can un-register the account. We cannot un-register accounts sadly as there's a confirmation in-game which the user has to do.

If you no longer have access to the account, you can do so by making a support ticket asking for a password reset. If the player has not logged in the account and has made no progress, you can have the account.

If you don't remember the password however, you'd need to make a support ticket to reset the password here
